Being Aware............

A pregnant woman is always aware of the baby she has within herself. She does all her activities with full awareness. She walks, works, eats, drinks and does everything with that awareness that within her there is a growth going on moment to moment. She lives within at the same time without too. She carries the within in the without.

Let us all accept it as a meditation technique...

Be connected within every moment while you do your outer activities.
Feel the movement of your body while doing actions.
Feel the breathe, inhaling and exhaling.
Feel the heartbeat.
Feel... when nature caresses you and just flow with this joy and absorb as much as you can.
Dance along with the music of existence.

Carry the presence of God within you every moment, while you are in this material world doing your activities.  Enjoy these moments to the fullest.....

Sacred Union....

We are here to help each other in our spiritual evolution. This is the greatest gift we can give to others. Showing the way to the Supreme Light. Be compassionate. Create divine love within yourself, go on sharing it with others too. The happiness we get in sharing is the greatest. It is beyond words.

When you meditate deeper and deeper, many layers are uncovered. You find love within you and when you uncover that love, you discover divine love. It's the same for every layer. Go on unveiling layer by layer. Once you discover divine love then you will find that love has disappeared. Love is mixed up with attachment, jealousy and so on. Divine love is detachment with everything and filled with compassion for all.

By unveiling these layers one by one, one day you'll find that you are not. You have been merged with the Supreme Light and that only that Supreme Light exist, nothing else.

Be connected more and more with your own being.

A pool of energy entered me two hours ago

my hands started shivering first

then whole body

am full of energy...with many heads

there's a garland of flowers around my neck

flowers are showering on my head continuously

am becoming bigger and bigger in size

am full of Shakti

body is about to explode

my heart was beating rapidly

my breathe was slowing down

i felt my head swirling along with the same rhythm of my heart beat

then my breathe stopped

and whole body went in stillness

heart beat also was not heard

third eye started absorbing the ocean of energy

energy was just piercing my third eye

Questions & Answers....

Many times questions are there on the path of Truth. We try to know beforehand what will happen next. But we forget that this knowing is not knowing.

Questions come from the mind, they come from thoughts. When we get the answers too, what happen? The answers that we get are from the happenings of others, they have gone through the experiences and relate to us what happened to them. Just hearing these answers, do not make us know the reality because to know, one has to experience.

On this path, questions and answers have no importance. More you have questions, more your mind will work on the answers and more thoughts will be there. You will waste a lot of energy just by thinking about the answers.

From my experience, i've realized that one must go within deeper and deeper into himself.  All answers are found within. These answers will come as your own experiences. Answers from others are only on the periphery. But your own experiences will be your truth. Questions will be there, divert your mind, don't let these questions be your master. Let things happen on its own. This path is mysterious...don't try to discover it by mere words....but discover it on your own, in silence. Know it from one layer to another layer, drown yourself in it. Enjoy the bliss.

The day you realize that questions have no importance, that day you'll know that you are really silent. Your thoughts will not be there to torture you. Go within deeper and deeper, don't let the mind play games with you. Just feel that you don't have mind, you have only heart. Do everything as per your heart wish.

Your experiences is your truth. Be yourself. Enjoy the fruit of existence every moment. More you are far from your mind, more you are close to your center of being.

The Door

i was from this side of the door

i was in total darkness

when i started climbing the stairs

i found my inner light was dimmer

i fell many times because i was not seeing clearly

in that darkness

i climbed more stairs

and the light became brighter and brighter

i could see where i am

and i could see the door in front of me

i was very tired of climbing the stairs

arriving at the last step

just before the door

i was exhausted

i said to myself

now it's time to relax

till the door open by itself

till am welcome inside

i waited and waited

relaxing

i forgot completely about the door

as if the door didn't exist

i just relaxed totally

and lo

all of a sudden

the door opened

and when i stood on the doorstep

i found that darkness is behind me

and in front of me there's radiant light

i was just in the middle of both light and darkness

just one step to cross the door

and i was in

lost in radiant light

am not present

only radiant light is present

Gift of insults.....

There once lived a great warrior. Though quite old, he still was able to defeat any challenger. His reputation extended far and wide throughout the land and many students gathered to study under him.

One day an infamous warrior arrived in the village. He was determined to be the first man to defeat the great master. Along with his strength, he had an uncanny ability to spot and exploit any weakness in an opponent. He would wait for his opponent to make the first move, thus revealing a weakness, and then would strike with merciless force and lightning speed. No one had ever lasted with him in a match beyond the first move.

Much against the advice of his concerned students, the old master gladly accepted the young warrior's challenge. As the two squared off for battle, the young warrior began to hurl insults at the old master. He threw dirt and spit in his face. For hours, he verbally assaulted him with every curse and insult known to mankind. But the old master merely stood there motionless and calm. Finally, the young warrior was exhausted. Knowing that he was defeated, he left feeling ashamed.

The students, then, gathered around the old master and questioned him. "How could you endure such an indignity? How did you drive him away?"

The old master replied, "If someone comes to give you a gift and you do not receive it, to whom does the gift belong?"

Use Your Senses Accordingly....

God has given us the senses and we should have used them accordingly....but what we normally do is we connect all the senses one by one with our thoughts.

When we hear, we don't only hear, we think, then we judge...

When we see, we don't only see, we think, then we judge...

When we eat something, we don't just eat, we think, then we judge...

With every senses, we add our thoughts in them. This is the greatest hindrance...thoughts. Be natural....

See for the sake of seeing only...

Hear for the sake of hearing only...

Then you'll find that thoughts are no more needed in our life. They are there only here as obstacles. Don't open your mind to welcome them. Divert your mind as far as possible, giving hundred percent in all your activities. Live your life fully moment to moment.
